Job Purpose:

To help small business owners grow their businesses and implement amazing new technology tools to solve problems, make employees more productive, promote security and stability and win at business.

Responsibilities:

With other Onsite Logic team members:

• Help small business owners map out a strategy for IT systems and tools to help them grow and exceed their business plans.
• Implement those systems.
• Keep things secure and stable.
• Document everything.
• Maintain and address issues with the current systems and tools.
• Support and train the business owner and their team.

To be successful in this position, candidates must have experience in the following areas:

• Network Infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Windows Server and Desktop OS
• Basic to advanced understanding of CyberSecurity Concepts
• Microsoft EntraID/Azure Administration
• Basic to advanced Project Management Skills

The successful candidate must be able to understand how to formulate a plan for addressing any and all of the systems used by small businesses. We are not looking for someone who knows everything (no one knows everything!). We are looking for the individual who can assess the situation, determine, build and COMMUNICATE a plan to address issues, remove roadblocks, and lead to success.

This position is a hybrid position, working both remote and onsite at our client's locations.
